Payment options
When making a payment for a purchase on the checkout page, and for your convenience, there are 2 payment options:
1. Secure payment by credit card - if you chose this option, you must enter the card number on the self-secured payment page. After the payment has been successfully made, a purchase invoice with the details of the products and the total amount you paid will be sent to the email address you entered.
2. Secure payment via PayPal - choosing this option will take you to a secure PayPal page where you will be asked to fill in your details and charge your PayPal account. After the payment has been successfully made, a purchase invoice with the details of the products and the total amount you paid will be sent to the email address you entered.
Prices
Prices on the website include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
All orders are subject to stock availability and order price confirmation. While we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices on this website are accurate, errors may occur. If a price error has been detected, we will notify you as soon as possible, and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If we cannot contact you, we will consider the order
as cancelled. In this case, you will receive a full refund.
Credit cards we respect
All payments are due at the end of the order. If no payment is received or the payment method is rejected, the order will not be placed and the items will not be shipped. Buyer forfeits title to any items due to non-payment. We accept most major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept Paypal as a payment method through which you can pay with a credit card.
Billing details
All billing information provided must be true and accurate. Providing any untrue or inaccurate information constitutes a violation of this agreement and may result in cancellation of the order. After receiving the order we may ask you for additional information. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including unavailability of products purchased in stock, inaccuracies, or errors in product detail or pricing, or problems identified by a credit department. If your order is cancelled, after your credit card has been charged (or another billing method), we will credit your credit card with the amount of the charge. We will contact you if all or part of your order is canceled or if additional information is required to complete your order.
