Product exchange/return procedure or transaction cancellation
Subject to the Consumer Protection (Transaction Cancellation) Regulations 2010, a customer may cancel an order up to 14 days from the date of delivery.
In case of cancellation of a transaction, a written cancellation request must be sent to the following email address: info@magneticajewelry.com
When canceling, the customer will be charged the shipping + packaging fees paid by the sender.
Confirmation of transaction cancellation and refund is conditional on returning the product in its original packaging - hermetically sealed - without damage and/or damage to the business address that will be provided.
Product return shipping fees will apply to the customer.
*If the customer received free shipping, one-way shipping fees will be 12 NIS for the mail and 49 NIS for the courier to the home.
We will let you know after we have received the returned package and checked it whether the return has been approved or not. If approved, your account will be credited or a replacement product will be sent to you as agreed.
A refund via credit card can take 7-10 business days
Defective product/different from what was ordered
In the event that a product arrives damaged/different from what was ordered, you must contact us immediately.
Do not open Or take the product out of the packaging - take a picture of the damaged product inside the hermetically sealed packaging and send to the address: info@magneticajewelry.com
After receiving the return approval, send us the defective product closed in its original packaging, and we will send you a new product, a credit on the site or a refund.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items - name jewelry) and personal care products (such as beauty products).
We do not accept returns of gift cards.
